Redfin is seeking an Associate Agent to work with clients on your schedule and earn money in real estate without closing a transaction. You will show homes, host open houses, attend inspections, and set your own hours while avoiding sales pressure and closings.

This remote, field-based role offers free, optional educational services to enhance your skills and requires a state license and affiliation with Redfin.

Qualifications

• Must hold a real estate license in the state you work and affiliate your license exclusively with Redfin.
• Have a smartphone, laptop, and GPS, or be willing to obtain them.
• Willingness to join the local MLS and Realtor Association.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel within your market.
• If you need to obtain a license, learn how to get one.

Responsibilities

• Show homes, host open houses, attend inspections.
• Set your own hours and control your workload.
• Acquire plenty of customers, especially on weekends.
• No sales pressure, contracts, or closings.
• Work remotely in the field – no office visits required.
