Job summary

BCG Attorney Search is seeking a mid-level Real Estate Associate to join our Providence, RI office. The ideal candidate has 3-6 years of experience in commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, and leasing.

You will handle closings, due diligence, and draft and negotiate real estate documents while working with a collaborative team and high-caliber clients. Admission to the RI or MA bar is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3-6 years of experience in commercial real estate transactions.
• Licensed to practice in Massachusetts or Rhode Island.
• Superior drafting skills and knowledge of commercial real estate law.
