• Managing transactions from instruction through to completion with supervision

This Real Estate Associate Attorney in Chicago, Illinois role offers exposure to sophisticated commercial real estate transactions within a firm operating across 30 offices and a network of over 700 attorneys. The practice is known for its breadth of work, collaborative culture, and consistent deal flow across multiple asset classes.

The Role:

• Advising on a broad range of commercial real estate transactions including acquisitions and disposals
• Supporting on complex commercial leasing matters across a range of asset classes
• Assisting with real estate finance transactions and structured investments

• Commercially minded with strong technical ability
• J.D. from an accredited law school and admitted to practice in Illinois
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build client relationships
• Highly organized with strong time-management capabilities
