Redfin is seeking an Associate Agent to help you grow skills or gain flexibility in real estate. You can work with customers on your own schedule and earn money without closing a transaction. The role involves showing homes, hosting open houses, and attending inspections.

You will set your own hours, control your workload, and often work remotely in the field with no office visits required. Free, optional educational services are available to enhance your skills.

Qualifications

• Real estate license in the state where you'll work.
• Smartphone, laptop, and GPS are required or readily available.
• Willingness to join MLS and Realtor Association.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel within your market.
• If you don't have a license yet, learn how to obtain one.
