Redfin Corporation is seeking an Associate Agent to help clients buy and sell homes with flexible scheduling and no mandatory closings. You’ll show properties, host open houses, and attend inspections while earning a flat-rate per field event as an independent contractor.

The role supports a remote, field-based work style with no office visits and provides optional training to grow your real estate expertise.

Qualifications

• Must hold a real estate license in the state you work.
• Willingness to affiliate your license exclusively with Redfin.
• Smartphone, laptop and GPS; or willingness to obtain them.
• Willingness to travel within your market and have reliable transportation.
