Responsibilities

• Handle commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, financing, joint ventures, and land development projects
• Conduct title, survey, and related real estate due diligence
• Manage closings and coordinate with paralegals and team members across multiple offices
• Support client teams on affordable housing transactions and related projects
• Work independently while collaborating effectively with supervising attorneys and team members

Required Qualifications

• Previous law firm experience required; Am Law 200, leading regional, or major boutique firm experience preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial real estate transactions
• Strong title and survey review skills and experience with closing processes
• Ability to manage multiple matters and work in a team-oriented environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience or strong interest in lender‑side real estate financing
• Familiarity with affordable housing transactions and related regulatory considerations
