Holland & Hart's growing Real Estate, Construction and Finance Group is seeking an experienced attorney to join its team. This position can be based in any of our office locations.

Position Requirements:

Ideal candidates will have at least two years of top tier law firm experience in one or more of the following: commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions and sales, development, and leasing; title, land use, and rights of way; construction contracts; and loan documents. We are looking for someone who is team-oriented with strong written and oral communication skills.

Compensation and Expectations

Holland & Hart’s compensation is merit-based—you’ll be evaluated on your individual performance and achievements and on your contributions to the team’s efforts. In compliance with applicable state and local pay transparency laws, the anticipated salary range for this role is $215,500 – $260,000 for applicants based in Colorado, D.C. and Nevada.

Our generous bonus program rewards financial contributions and hard work and associates are also eligible for fee splits.

Holland & Hart expects associate attorneys to invest 1800 hours on billable matters, 75 hours of pro bono/public service work (or 50 hours of pro bono legal work), in addition to at least 25 hours dedicated to Community-building, Diversity & Inclusion Investment hours. Contributions to the life of the firm are vital to the collective success of the firm, and we encourage our lawyers to engage in ways each person finds meaningful through various committees and firm activities.
