This is an exciting opportunity for an attorney with around two years' experience to build deep expertise in land use and zoning, with a clear path for progression and the mentorship to get there.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of land use and zoning experience.
• Admission to the Florida Bar.
• Working knowledge of Florida land use, zoning and development regulations.
• Experience preparing and processing development applications. Major law firm or public sector experience preferred.
• Strong academic credentials.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process development applications for residential, commercial and mixed-use projects.
• Assist with zoning, planning and permitting approvals.
