The ideal candidate will handle complex real estate transactions, including leasing, acquisitions, dispositions, construction matters, and real estate financing such as mortgage and mezzanine financing and equity investments.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in commercial real estate practice.
• Experience in leasing, acquisitions, dispositions and construction matters.
• Experience in real estate finance transactions (mortgage, mezzanine financing, equity investments).
• Strong written and verbal communication, and collaborative approach.

Responsibilities

• Provide counsel through acquisition, sale, development, financing, and leasing processes.
• Represent developers, institutional investors, and lenders in real estate matters.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in complex commercial real estate transactions, particularly in leasing, acquisitions, dispositions, and construction matters, as well as real estate finance transactions, including mortgage and mezzanine financings and equity investments. Responsibilities include representing a diverse range of clients such as developers, institutional investors, and lenders, and providing comprehensive legal counsel throughout the acquisition, sale, development, financing, and leasing processes. Successful candidates will demonstrate exceptional written and verbal communication skills, effective problem-solving abilities, and a collaborative team-oriented approach.
