Qualifications

• 4 Year/Bachelors Degree Preferred in a Related Education
• Preferred Certified General license with 2+ years of experience in Real Estate Appraisal
• Will consider Certified Residential license with 2+ years of experience and ability to achieve General Certification

Responsibilities

• Effectively use technology and other information sources (GIS, online sources) to gather and analyze information for real estate appraisal requests.
• Complete real estate appraisals while providing a great customer experience; conduct property inspections when necessary; apply differential analysis and reporting.
• Ensure accurate legal descriptions, aerial imagery, soils, land and building inventories are completed according to data standards.
• Responsible for data management across the company; analyze sales data and support appraisal and valuation processes.
• Maintain market zones and benchmarks; estimate values according to company standards as assigned.
• Provide real estate expertise and support of valuation processes across the Associations; maintain relationships with external appraisers.

Bachelors Degree in Related Field

Certified General License (2+ yrs)
