Responsibilities

• Prepare market value reports from cover to cover with little guidance.
• Prepare and complete analysis for simple properties within appraisal reports.
• Apply Argus and third-party databases to compile data for reports.
• Examine and analyze simple income-producing properties and write market-based analyses.
• Make comparisons based on sales of similar properties with Sr. Appraiser input.
• Analyze past revenue and expenses to project a stabilized operating statement.
• Other duties as assigned.
