The UIP Companies, Inc. is seeking a Real Estate Analyst for its Wheel Program in the Washington area. This full-time position offers $25/hour, overtime eligibility, and a comprehensive benefits package with exposure to property management, development, and asset management.

Qualifications

University degree preferred; min 2 years of college plus related business experience, 3.25 GPA.
Interest in multi-family real estate across property management, development, finance or accounting.
Educational background in finance, real estate, accounting, or business administration preferred.
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
Proactive, inquisitive, team player; able to handle confidential information.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities.
Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook; Excel/database skills a plus.

Responsibilities

12-18 month program provides deep exposure and foundation for career in commercial real estate.
