Overview

Amo Realty is a small real estate brokerage that provides agents with at least 10-20+ incoming real estate leads per week. It offers a high-volume lead system to help agents stay booked, with services across Connecticut and available offices in NY, MA & RI.

Lead types and availability

• Residential leads — buyers and sellers, including options for lease opportunities and luxury rentals. Leads come from multiple sources, including Zillow.
• Commercial leads — office space, restaurants, retail, industrial, and larger commercial investor leads.
• We provide at least 10+ leads per week and have used the same lead system since 2007.

We offer

• 50/50 split on company-provided leads
• 80/20 split on your own leads for the first 3 years
• After 3 years, you keep 100% of your own leads after a $5,000 cap
• 100% commission on personal real estate transactions

We have agents who have been with us for 10-15+ years; while some rely on our leads, we can back them up with leads when needed. There is no desk fee or transaction fee.
