You will prospect buyers and sellers, show properties, present and negotiate offers, and guide clients through financing and inspections through closing.

Qualifications

• No experience required; training program helps you become licensed.
• Must be 18+ and able to obtain a New Jersey Real Estate License (we'll help you get there).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willing to complete complimentary onboarding training through Century 21 Action Plus Realty.

Responsibilities

• Prospect for buyers and sellers by phone, text, email, and community networking; schedule and run property showings; present and negotiate offers; guide clients through financing and inspections; and manage contracts from accepted offer through closing.
• Real Estate Agents at the Cream Ridge office also take part in weekly team meetings, one-on-one coaching, and ongoing continuing education.
