Edina Realty is seeking Residential Real Estate Agents to join our Lakeville office serving Lakeville and Apple Valley. You will manage client relationships, prospect daily and close sales through Edina Realty’s branding, tools and network.

We offer flexible schedules (30–50 hrs/week, full-time or part-time), commission-based earnings from 75k to 500k, licensing education reimbursement, technology & marketing support, and a Wealth Enhancement Plan to help you build long-term wealth.

Qualifications

• Minnesota Real Estate License required or in progress.
• Strong prospecting and negotiation skills.
• Willing to learn technology and marketing tools.
• Ability to work flexible hours.
