Job summary

Edina Realty is seeking a Real Estate Agent in Willmar, MN, for both new and existing agents. Compensation is commission-only, with 30-50 hours weekly and a $75,000–$500,000 annual range based on performance.

Full- and part-time options are available. You’ll build your business on the Edina Realty brand, supported by licensing education reimbursement, branding tools, and access to a strong Minnesota and national network.

Qualifications
