Job summary

Century 21 Action Plus Realty in Forked River, NJ is hiring Real Estate Agents. New or existing license holders are welcome; no experience is required as our award-winning training program gets new agents licensed and productive quickly.

As an agent, you will prospect for buyers and sellers by phone, text, and community networking, show properties, present and negotiate offers, and guide clients through financing and inspections to close.

Qualifications

• No experience necessary — we train Real Estate Agents from the ground up.
• Be 18 or older and able to obtain a New Jersey Real Estate License (we'll help you get there).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willing to complete complimentary onboarding training through Century 21 Action Plus Realty.

A day as a Real Estate Agent

Real Estate Agents at the Forked River office also take part in weekly team meetings, one-on-one coaching, and ongoing continuing education.
