Job summary

Crown Homes Real Estate is seeking motivated real estate agents to join a low-cost, high-earning model. You’ll operate under an 80/20 split with an $18,000 solo-agent cap and absolutely no monthly, desk, franchise, or technology fees.

Agents gain access to buyer and seller opportunities, AI-powered CRM tools, enhanced prospecting, skip-traced FSBOs, expireds, probate and absentee-owner data, plus training, coaching and leadership support to grow your business.
