You'll prepare contracts, coordinate listings, advise on market conditions, and guide clients through negotiations and closings, maintaining proactive communication

Qualifications

• Active Real Estate License and knowledge of Florida real estate regulations.
• Experience in residential real estate sales: listing, buying, and negotiating.
• Strong client service with ability to build long-term relationships.

Role Description

This contract Real Estate Agent role at Epique Realty is a hybrid position based in Wellington, FL, with flexibility for some work from home. The Real Estate Agent will handle day-to-day activities such as prospecting for new clients, conducting property showings, hosting open houses, and managing buyer and seller consultations. Responsibilities include preparing and reviewing real estate contracts, coordinating property listings, advising clients on market conditions, and guiding them through negotiations and closing processes. The agent will use Epique’s AI-powered tools and cloud-based systems to manage leads, marketing campaigns, and transaction workflows, while maintaining regular communication with clients, lenders, inspectors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth and timely closings.

Qualifications

• Active Real Estate License and solid knowledge of Real Property and local real estate regulations.
• Experience in Real Estate sales, including listing, buying, and negotiating residential properties.
• Strong Customer Service skills with a client-focused approach and ability to build long-term relationships.
• Proven Sales abilities, including lead generation, follow-up, and closing deals.
• Comfort using cloud-based and AI-driven real estate tools, CRMs, and digital marketing platforms.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage a flexible schedule, and operate effectively in a hybrid environment.
• Reliable transportation for local property visits and client meetings in Wellington, FL and surrounding areas.
• Prior experience in residential real estate in Florida is preferred but not required.
