Job summary

EisnerAmper's Real Estate group is seeking a real estate accounting professional with expertise using Real Estate platforms such as Yardi, AppFolio and Intacct. This individual will service real estate clients and manage multi-entity portfolios of properties, both commercial and residential.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field and 3+ years' experience in property accounting, with hands-on experience in mortgage, payroll, and bank

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or Accounting or related field.
• 3+ years' experience in property accounting managing multiple properties or entities, with audit experience preferred.
• Experience with Yardi, AppFolio or Intacct is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Make appropriate journal entries for mortgage, payroll, utilities, management fees, property taxes and other cash transactions.
• Perform bank reconciliations and monthly financial review.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly financial statements and lender reporting; liaise with external auditors.
