A leading accounting firm in Nashville, TN is hiring a Senior Accountant to manage full-cycle property accounting and collaborate with multiple stakeholders. This position features responsibilities such as driving monthly closes, maintaining fixed asset accounting, and supporting community managers. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's in Accounting, have at least two years of accounting experience, and strong skills in GAAP and Excel. Formación

• 2+ years of accounting experience with public accounting background preferred.
• Real estate or construction experience encouraged, especially multi-site/multi-entity accounting.
• CPA credential is a plus along with discretion for confidential information.

Responsabilidades

• Drive monthly full-cycle close including reconciliations and journal entries.
• Monitor cash activity and prepare funding requests.
• Coordinate real estate tax payments and collaborate on accounting matters.
