Core responsibilities include analyzing real estate sales and leasing comparables, evaluating market fundamentals, cap rates, and tenant credit, building detailed financial models for assets, portfolios, and funds, and preparing investor-facing marketing materials.The role provides broad exposure to underwriting, transaction structuring, capital markets, and investor relations activities.
