State Street, a leading global custodian and asset manager, seeks a Business Analyst, Real Assets to support the Charles River for Private Markets platform. You will partner with product, engineering, and delivery teams to improve the real assets offering and deliver value to clients across private markets investment management.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of real estate and/or infrastructure investment management background.
• Enterprise SaaS experience is preferred.
• Understanding of private markets lifecycle from manager due diligence to analytics & reporting.
• Ability to work in a global, distributed organization.
• Progress towards CFA or CAIA is desirable.
• Experience using JIRA or other agile development tools.

Responsabilités

• Analyze, enhance and deliver real assets enhancements across internal teams, customers and stakeholders.
• Represent the voice of the customer with real asset clients and account managers.
• Ensure features and products align with business objectives.
• Lead client calls and workshops to collect customer insights.
• Prioritize and communicate complex opportunities and market needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional leads to align product execution.
• Own front-to-back product roadmap communication to stakeholders.
• Ensure timely requirements gathering, definition, and design.
