The role inspects parts, products and processes to ensure conformance with standards and verifies specified dimensions on product or material by performing the following duties. Inspect each home when notified it is 'Ready and Complete', use check sheets to inspect each room and exterior for cosmetic defects, and ensure the unit meets cleanliness standards for shipping.

Responsibilities

• Inspect each home when notified it is 'Ready and Complete'.
• Use check sheets to inspect each room and exterior for cosmetic defects.
• Ensure the unit meets cleanliness standards for shipping.
• Follow up on repairs and verify quality repairs have been made.
• Verify all ship loose material is loaded per check sheet.
• Maintain compliance with quality policies and OSHA guidelines.
