Position Overview
Reporting to the VP of Division Performance, the Ready Mix Performance Improvement Manager provides leadership for operational performance and continuous improvement initiatives across aggregate operations spanning multiple states in the western United States. The role champions lean and problem‑solving methodologies to drive operational excellence, cost leadership, margin improvement tactics (including commercial), local adoption and sustainability.
In addition, the Ready Mix Performance Improvement Manager will be engaged in capability‑building activities such as needs assessments, training, and/or coaching individuals or teams in areas of competency or skills relating to operational and commercial excellence. The role may include leading a small team when engaging the business.
Compensation: $120,000-$140,000, 15% bonus
