Job summary

Knife River Corporation is seeking a Ready Mix Driver to safely deliver concrete to commercial, construction and residential projects. Drivers are home nightly and receive competitive wages with a full benefits package.

Must possess a valid commercial driver's license with a clean MVR and DOT/CDL records, pass background and drug screens, and be able to work flexible shifts including weekends and overtime. The role emphasizes safety, professionalism, and reliability.

Qualifications

• CDL required with clean MVR and compliant DOT/CDL records.
• Ability to read, write and speak English sufficiently for FMCSA regulations.
• Previous truck driving experience preferred, concrete experience optional.

Responsibilities

• Safely drive and deliver ready mix concrete to projects.
• Complete pre/post trip inspections and maintain paperwork.
• Develop product knowledge and ensure quality and service.
• Wash residual concrete and maintain truck cleanliness per policy.
• Follow safety policies and attendance requirements.
