Qualifications

• Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL A or B).
• High School diploma preferred.
• Driver must qualify as not prohibited in the FMCSA Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse.
• Proficient in English (reading, writing, speaking).
• Clean CSA and MVR record; no DUI/DWI in the last 5 years.
• No more than 3 moving violations in the past 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Safety & compliance: Adhere to regulations and promote a safe environment.
• Delivery & timing: Ensure safe and timely delivery of concrete loads.
• Discharge management: Adapt discharge methods to site conditions.
• Extension chute handling: Attach and manage extension chutes as needed.
• Truck maintenance: Maintain cleanliness and mechanical soundness of the truck.
• Customer service: Provide professional service and image for Cemex.
• Team coordination: Work with dispatch and teammates for efficient operations.
