Job summary

Preferred Materials - Concrete Division, a CRH company, is actively seeking a safety‑driven Ready‑Mix Driver to deliver concrete and support our regional operations in Florida. You will operate a ready‑mix truck, complete required inspections, and communicate closely with dispatch and jobsite staff while maintaining product integrity.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL with current DOT medical card.
• Two years of driving experience preferred.
• Pass pre-employment screenings and background checks.

Responsibilities

• Operate a ready-mix truck safely and efficiently to various job sites.
• Complete all required inspections and documentation.
• Deliver concrete accurately while maintaining product integrity.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and jobsite personnel.
• Maintain a clean truck and work environment.
• Follow all DOT, OSHA, and company safety policies.
• Perform physical tasks including climbing ladders, entering/exiting cab, and working outdoors.
• Support operations as needed, including occasional travel to nearby facilities.

• Demonstrated commitment to safety.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A or B CDL with current DOT medical card (required).
• Two years of commercial driving experience preferred.
