Heidelberg Materials in Bath, NY is seeking a reliable RMC Conveyor Mixer Driver to safely operate a ready-mix truck and deliver concrete to customer job sites. You will perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections, and communicate professionally with customers and teammates to ensure efficient deliveries.

This role requires independence or teamwork in a fast-paced environment, navigation of diverse job sites, and physical outdoor work.

• Communicate professionally with customers and teammates to ensure efficient and accurate deliveries.
• Maintain adherence to safety procedures and traffic regulations at all times.
• Assist with routine truck cleaning and minor maintenance activities.

Conditions of Employment

Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check. Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.

Work Environment

Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
