Job summary

Ideal Ready Mix Co Inc is hiring dependable CDL Truck Drivers for local, home-every-night work. You will drive ready-mix trucks to local job sites, perform pre-trip checks, and ensure safe delivery of concrete in all weather. This is a full-time seasonal role with overtime potential.

Competitive hourly pay ranges from $23.25 to $27.00, with weekly pay and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, disability, and life insurance, plus paid holidays and PTO and a company retirement match.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL (Class A or B) with a clean driving record.
• Previous truck driving or ready-mix/construction experience preferred.
• Must pass DOT physical and pre-employment screenings.
