CRH is seeking safety‑driven Ready‑Mix Drivers to deliver concrete across Florida regions. Operate a ready‑mix truck, perform inspections, and maintain product integrity while communicating with dispatch and jobsite personnel.

Two years driving experience preferred; valid Class A or B CDL with DOT medical card required. Benefits include competitive pay, 401(k), medical/dental/vision, and opportunities for growth within a trusted national company.

• Valid Class A or B CDL with current DOT medical card required.
• Two years of commercial driving experience preferred.
• Ready-mix experience a plus.
• Must pass all pre-employment screenings.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsabilidades

• Operate a ready-mix truck safely and efficiently to various job sites.
• Complete all required inspections and documentation.
• Deliver concrete accurately while maintaining product integrity.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and jobsite personnel.
• Maintain a clean truck and work environment.
• Follow all DOT, OSHA, and company safety policies.
• Perform physical tasks including climbing ladders, entering/exiting cab, and working outdoors.
• Occasional travel to nearby facilities as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate a ready‑mix truck safely and efficiently to various job sites.

Requirements

• Strong communication and comprehension skills.
• Ability to use basic hand tools.
• Flexible schedule availability.
• Must pass all pre‑employment screenings.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to operate automatic and occasional manual transmission trucks.
• Demonstrated commitment to safety.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A or B CDL with current DOT medical card (required).
• Two years of commercial driving experience preferred.
• Ready‑mix experience a plus.
