Qualifications

  • Lead small-group interventions using structured, evidence based literacy approaches.
  • Collect quantitative and qualitative data to track student progress and growth.
  • Support administration of universal screeners and benchmark assessments.
  • Take direction from and collaborate with Reading Specialist and Title I educators.
  • Create a collaborative and nurturing environment for students to learn and take risks.

Responsibilities

  • Lead small-group interventions using structured, evidence-based literacy approaches.
  • Collect data to track student progress and growth.
  • Assist with universal screeners and benchmark assessments (e.g., DIBELS, AIMSweb).
