Lindamood-Bell Learning Processes is hiring Educational Clinicians / Tutors for our Brentwood, TN center. This on-site role offers part-time or full-time options with Monday–Friday schedules and paid training. You will deliver structured lessons, track progress, and support students across ages in a engaging learning setting.

No prior teaching experience is required; training and materials are provided. This entry-level opportunity suits individuals passionate about education and literacy aiming

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree, bachelor’s degree, early childhood education certificate, or currently enrolled in a degree program.
• Passion for helping others succeed academically.
• Ability to engage with students of all ages and manage tasks in sessions.
• Strong reading, spelling and comprehension skills.
• Basic computer proficiency.

Responsabilités

• Provide one-to-one and small-group instruction to in-person and online students.
• Record notes about student performance while delivering structured lessons.
• Implement positive reinforcement strategies to maximize learning.
• Facilitate use of Lindamood-Bell curriculum for Academy students.
• Communicate professionally with clients and staff to ensure a safe learning environment.
• Manage client records, handwritten and electronic.
