The ideal candidate holds an MA in education, literacy, or reading, with at least five years of elementary/middle school teaching experience and proficiency in Fundations, Wilson, LLI, and the Fountas & Pinnell BAS.

Qualifications

• MA degree in education, literacy, or reading.
• Minimum of five years teaching in elementary or middle school.
• Experience with Wilson, LLI and using the Fountas and Pinnell Benchmark Assessment System.
• Teaching philosophy focused on growth in academic, social and emotional domains.
• Collaborative, teamwork-oriented approach.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities
