Job summary

Colorado Youth for a Change in the Denver metro area is seeking a Reading Corps Program Manager to lead program culture, ensure funding compliance, and drive long-term growth. You will supervise Coaching Specialists, coordinate monthly meetings, and maintain strong partnerships with schools and community partners.

The role is full-time and hybrid, with in-person responsibilities in Denver and occasional meetings in Weld/Larimer counties.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience, including 2 years in program management.
• Supervisory and team leadership experience.
• Facilitation and training experience.
• Literacy education experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Reading Corps program operations and compliance with funding and regulations.
• Supervise Reading Corps Coaching Specialists and provide ongoing development.
• Coordinate monthly member meetings, onboarding, and reporting.
• Develop and manage partnerships with schools, Ampact, Serve Colorado, and CNCS.
• Support grant applications and donor reporting with program data.
• Ensure branding and adherence to Reading Corps policies across sites.
