Job summary

Robinsonschools seeks a Temporary-to-Permanent Evening Custodian to join our district facilities team. The position starts at $16/hour during a ~60-day probationary period, after which pay increases to $17.25/hour.

Benefits begin after probation and include health, life, vision/dental insurance, and various leave provisions. The role requires a full evening shift (2:30pm-11:00pm) with potential weekend events as needed.

Temporary-to-Permanent Evening Custodian

• Starting (temporary) wage: $16/hour during temporary probationary period
• After probationary period, wage moves to $17.25/hour
• Probationary period will begin on the first day of employment and will last approximately 60 calendar days.
• Benefits will begin after successful completion of probationary period and include health, life, vision/dental insurance; sick, personal, and bereavement leave; paid holidays; vacation days after 1 year of employment.
• Successful candidates must be able to work a full evening shift (normally 2:30pm-11:00pm); additional hours may be available for weekend events on an as-needed basis
• Successful candidates must be able to perform routine custodial duties (see attached job description).
• Successful candidates must pass pre-employment screenings and must be at least 18 years of age.
• Selected candidates should be willing to work in any of the district's schools.
