Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm

Driving Requirement: Full UK driving licence and access to own car essential. Mileage paid.

You will work closely with the people we support, their families, carers and wider professionals, helping to co-ordinate safe, effective and responsive care.

As Care Co-ordinator, your responsibilities will include:
We are looking for someone who is organised, confident and people-focused, with strong communication skills and a genuine commitment to high-quality care.
You will need:
Experience supporting people with learning disabilities and autism would be ideal, but it is not essential. Additional training and personal development will be provided.
This is a full-time role, with core working hours of Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm.
We are also happy to consider part-time or reduced hours for the right candidate.
There is no weekend working, out-of-hours or on-call element to this role.
