Job summary

The Avenues Care Centre is seeking a hands-on maintenance assistant to keep the care home safe and well presented for residents.

You will perform general upkeep, safety checks, document weekly maintenance records, and support larger projects as needed, ensuring the building and grounds are kept in good order.

The role is on-site at our care home in New York; prior facilities or building maintenance experience is preferred.
