UK Greetings Ltd is seeking a part-time Merchandiser for temporary cover in Scarborough. You will visit retail outlets, tidy displays, unpack deliveries and install new displays on-site, with no cold calling.

This role runs during seasonal peaks, approx. 3 hours per week, with a contract until around 31 March 2027. Competitive hourly rate from £12.84, with holiday entitlement and employee benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail merchandising preferred.
• Ability to work on-site in a flexible schedule.
• Strong eye for display standards and product placement.

As a part time Greeting Card Merchandiser you will be the face of UK Greetings, calling upon retail outlets in and around your local area, ensuring our Customers’ displays are of the highest standard. This is a temporary position to cover during busy seasonal periods however the role may lead to a permanent position should the opportunity arise.

The role involves:

• Visiting local retailers, high street chains or supermarkets
• Tidying & filling greeting card & gift dressing displays
• Locating & unpacking deliveries for replenishment of displays
• Installation of new displays
• No cold calling or direct selling is involved

You will be the local face of UK Greetings, ensuring our Customers’ displays are first class and of the highest standard. Every day offers fresh challenges; from recognising new sales/merchandising opportunities, to displaying brand new ranges
