Parcelforce Worldwide is seeking an experienced Parcelforce Collection & Delivery Driver in Gloucester to sort parcels, plan delivery routes, and perform vehicle safety checks. You will collect and deliver parcels to homes and businesses, delivering a friendly and dependable service.

Job Ref: 340304Contract: PermanentHours: 38 hours per week, with opportunities for overtime. We have two shift patterns available for this role which are Monday to Friday

• Reserve position and flexibility to work between hours of 07:00
• 18:00 and Monday, Wednesday to Saturday 08:00am to 15:30pmLocation: Parcelforce Worldwide Gloucester, GL2 2AD

Why this role pays off:

• Starting salary: £25,201 per year £12.71 per hour
• After 6 months: £27,561 per year £13.94 per hour
• Opportunity to earn up to £30,000 per year, (based on a 38 hour week & overtime)
• Paid weekday and weekend overtime

Additional Allowances

• Monthly Non Pensionable Addition to Pay (£903.84 per year)
• Weekly Driving Allowance (£26.73 weekly)

What you’ll be doing

• Sorting parcels and planning efficient delivery routes
• Carrying out essential vehicle safety checks
• Collecting and delivering parcels to homes and businesses
• Providing a friendly, dependable service — whether it’s a birthday gift or important business mail

What we’re looking for

• A full manual UK driving licence (Cat B up to 3.5t) registered to your current address, with no more than 6 points
• Ability to lift and carry parcels up to 30kg
• Someone who’s friendly, dependable, and customer focused
• Comfortable working independently but also a great team player
• Looking for a stable, long-term role in a growing organisation
