The team collaborates closely with internal and external stakeholders, using feedback and insight to drive continuous improvement and ensure products align with organisational objectives. With a strong focus on innovation, customer service, and value for money, the department plays a vital role in shaping and transforming digital services through effective product management and the use of Microsoft Dynamics.
