The EMS team is responsible for the ongoing development, delivery, and improvement of a key digital product that supports enforcement services. Working within a multidisciplinary, agile environment, the team combines user needs, policy requirements, legislation, and technology to deliver high-quality, efficient services. The team collaborates closely with internal and external stakeholders, using feedback and insight to drive continuous improvement and ensure products align with organisational objectives. With a strong focus on innovation, customer service, and value for money, the department plays a vital role in shaping and transforming digital services through effective product management and the use of Microsoft Dynamics.

As Product Manager, you will provide strategic leadership and direction for a business-critical digital product, ensuring it delivers measurable value for users and the organisation. You will work closely with a range of stakeholders, balancing business priorities, user needs, and regulatory requirements to drive improvement and innovation.   • Creating and prioritising a product backlog, writing clear and actionable user stories, and making informed decisions based on data.
  • Developing an expert understanding of user needs and championing these throughout product delivery.
  • Engaging with users and stakeholders through multiple channels to drive adoption and effective use of the product.
  • Set and maintain appropriate product standards, service levels and quality measures, ensuring EMS meets the Digital Service Standard and delivers an effective, consistent and accessible user experience.
