Job summary

Servis Personnel is seeking flexible healthcare workers to support clients in supported living, day centres and care homes. You will assist with personal care, mobility, meals, and medication management where required.

Shifts include early, late, long day and night; you can pick days Monday to Sunday. Applicants without experience are welcome and training is provided.

Qualifications

• No prior healthcare experience required; training provided.
• Ability to assist with personal care and mobility.
• Reliable communication with clients and team members.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care including washing, bathing, dressing.
• Support mobility and use assistive equipment.
• Prepare meals and monitor dietary intake.
• Help with toileting and incontinence care.
• Assist with daily living tasks and offer emotional support.
• Assist with medication management (if required).
• Maintain clear and professional communication with clients and team members.
• Adhere to company policies and professional standards.
• Accurate record-keeping and reporting to relevant healthcare professionals.

Duties Include:

• Assisting service users with personal care (washing, bathing, dressing, grooming).
• Supporting mobility and using assistive equipment.
• Meal and drink preparation, and monitoring dietary intake.
• Assisting with toileting, incontinence care, and changing of clothes or bedding.
• Supporting daily living tasks and offering emotional care.
• Assisting with medication management (if required).
• Maintaining clear and professional communication with clients and team members.
• Adhering to company policies and professional standards.
• Accurate record-keeping and reporting to relevant healthcare professionals.
