TRCC Transport, Inc. is hiring a Reactor Operator for our Dalton, GA facility. The role batches surfactants, polymers and dispersions from batch tickets, loads trucks, and packages materials. It requires operating a lift truck and maintaining safety, labeling, and inventory standards on site.

You will review schedules, start-up batch sheets, pull samples, and monitor process controls. The position includes routine documentation, housekeeping, and immediate reporting of any issues or deviations.

Qualifications

• Must understand and apply safe handling procedures of materials used in production.
• Able to read and follow batch sheets and SOPs.
• Must have basic math skills and ability to compute ratios and percentages.
• Good written and verbal communication; able to follow written instructions.

Responsibilities

• Operate reactor and oversee batch production to ensure adherence to batch tickets.
• Load trucks and move raw materials using lift equipment.
• Label drums and bags properly and ensure clean, safe working conditions.
• Monitor equipment and process parameters; report deviations promptly.
• Review production schedules and batch sheets at shift start; pull samples for lab analysis.
• Maintain clean work areas and proper inventory of materials.
