Job summary

Computer Technologies Consultants (CTC) is seeking a React Software Developer to support essential services and mission critical activities from a government site in Laurel, MD. This hybrid full-time role offers telework one day per week and growth opportunities within a mid-size, stable prime government contract.

Qualifications

• TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph is required.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline and 6+ years of software development/engineering experience; 10+ years may substitute for degree.
• Experience with React or Bootstrap or similar JS/CSS frameworks and willingness to pivot to others.
• Working understanding of SQL and/or NoSQL databases.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and enhance a production React-based collaboration and business process application that supports information exchange between DoD and Industry Partners.
• Develop, test, and deploy enhancements, bug fixes, and usability improvements for the production environment.
• Troubleshoot issues, analyze root causes, and implement corrective actions to maintain stability.
• Collaborate with government stakeholders to understand needs, prioritize requests, and provide technical recommendations.
• Translate user feedback into scalable frontend solutions improving functionality and user experience.
• Maintain and enhance React-based UIs for registration, tracking, workflows, reporting, and other critical processes.
• Work with system engineers and testers to evaluate changes, support releases, and ensure successful deployments.
• Integrate frontend components with backend services and APIs with secure, reliable data exchange.
