Pacer Group in Issaquah, WA is seeking a React.JS Lead to guide front-end development and architecture. You will design, develop, and maintain scalable, responsive web applications, building reusable UI libraries and implementing efficient state management in an Agile environment.

The role is a 12-month contract with a hybrid on-site arrangement (3 days/week). Expertise in ReactJS, TypeScript, and RESTful APIs is required to deliver high-performance user interfaces.

Qualifications

• Strong experience with ReactJS (Functional Components, Hooks) and TypeScript.
• Experience building scalable UI libraries and design systems.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous data handling.

Responsabilités

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable, responsive enterprise web applications using ReactJS, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Build reusable React components, custom hooks, and common UI libraries adhering to design systems and coding standards.
• Integrate front-end applications with RESTful APIs, managing data transformation, authentication flows, error handling, and asynchronous operations.
• Author unit and component tests using Jest and React Testing Library and participate in code reviews and Agile ceremonies.

POSITION OVERVIEW

The React Lead will join the Digital Engineering & Front-End Architecture department, reporting to the Engineering Manager. The selected candidate will lead the design, development, and maintenance of scalable, responsive web applications. In this role, you will solve critical front-end performance, component reusability, and API integration challenges by building robust UI libraries, implementing efficient state management patterns, and mentoring engineering teams in an Agile environment.
