Job summary

Reflexive Concepts, LLC in Laurel, MD seeks a skilled React Software Developer to maintain and enhance a DoD-linked collaboration and business process app. You will develop, test, and implement frontend improvements, ensure performance, and support production operations.

The role requires TS/SCI with FS Poly, a technical degree, React or Bootstrap, SQL/NoSQL, and availability for core hours 10AM–2PM. You will work with government stakeholders and cross-functional teams to deliver

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline with six years of software development/engineering experience; ten years can substitute for degree.
Active TS/SCI clearance with Full Scope Polygraph.
Experience with React or Bootstrap and ability to pivot to the other.
Working knowledge of SQL and/or NoSQL databases.
Ability to work during core hours of 10AM-2PM, Monday-Friday.

Responsibilities

Maintain and enhance a production React-based application used for information exchange between DoD and Industry Partners.
Develop, test, and implement front-end enhancements, bug fixes, and usability improvements while ensuring performance and reliability.
Support operations and maintenance, troubleshoot issues, analyze root causes, and implement corrective actions.
Collaborate with government stakeholders to understand needs, refine requirements, and provide technical recommendations.
Translate feedback into scalable front-end solutions for improved functionality and user experience.
Work with engineers, testers, and product stakeholders to evaluate changes and support releases.
