Job summary

HireHi ищет опытного инженера ПО для разработки веб-интерфейсов с акцентом на доступность и качество пользовательского опыта.

Кандидат будет сотрудничать с командами по доступности, мигрировать UI на внутреннюю библиотеку компонентов и формулировать дорожную карту доступности.

Требуется 6+ лет в ПО, TypeScript, WCAG/ARIA, английский, умение работать автономно.

Qualifications

• 6+ лет опыта в разработке ПО.
• Опыт разработки веб-интерфейсов, желательно с TypeScript.
• Подход с ориентацией на результат и влияние на пользователя.
• Способность работать автономно и доводить задачи до решения.
• Понимание принципов доступности WCAG/ARIA.
• Умение работать с инструментами на базе LLM для онбординга и разработки.

Responsibilities

• Сотрудничать с лидерами по доступности для аудита и усиления ключевых функций.
• Перевести существующий UI на внутреннюю библиотеку компонентов доступности.
• Разработать масштабируемую дорожную карту доступности, охватывающую новые функции и поддержание существующих.

Задачи

• Partner with accessibility leads to audit and harden core features for real-world assistive technology use
• Migrate existing UI to the in-house accessible component library
• Shape a scalable accessibility roadmap covering new feature development and the ongoing health of existing features

Требования

• 6+ Years of experience in Software Engineering
• Strong web front-end development experience, preferably with TypeScript
• Ownership mindset focused on outcomes and user impact
• Ability to work autonomously and drive problems to resolution end to end
• Solid understanding of web accessibility principles, including WCAG and ARIA
• Comfortable using modern LLM-powered tooling for onboarding and daily development
• Upper Intermediate English, both written and spoken
• Nice to have: Hands-on experience shipping accessible product features at scale
