Job summary

ReqRoute,Inc is seeking a React Developer to design, develop, and maintain data-driven web applications in an Azure environment. The role emphasizes React.js, TypeScript, CSS3, and .NET Web APIs to deliver scalable, secure, and high-quality user experiences.

Strong emphasis on data security, governance, and CI/CD practices. Onsite work in Redmond, WA; USC/GC only. Collaboration with offshore teams and cross-functional partners is expected.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Position

Job Description

• Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure data security, accuracy, and consistency.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders clearly and concisely.
• Interpersonal Skills: Should be a good team player, and open to coordinating with an offshore team.

Experience

• Proven experience as a strong React Developer or in a similar role, with a strong portfolio of successfully implemented data solutions using the Azure stack (React, .NET, T-SQL, Azure environment, data warehouse in Azure environment).
• Design, develop, and maintain responsive web applications using React.js, TypeScript, CSS3, and modern front-end development practices to deliver high-quality user experiences.
• Build and integrate scalable backend services using .NET technologies (.NET Core, Web APIs) to support business-critical applications and data-driven solutions.
• Develop, optimize, and maintain SQL transactions, including writing complex queries, stored procedures, performance tuning, and ensuring data integrity and security.
• Leverage Microsoft Fabric and GHCP capabilities to build data-centric solutions, integrate analytics platforms, and support enterprise data initiatives.
• Ensure application quality, security, and performance through code reviews, automated testing, CI/CD implementation, troubleshooting, and adherence to enterprise architecture and governance standards.

Technical Proficiency

• In-depth knowledge of React development in a fast-paced environment using AI/GHCP on the Microsoft stack with Fabric. Secondary skills in ADF pipelines and Azure Security.

Additional Requirements

• Educational Background: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive data strategies and solutions.
