Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional front end development experience, with 5+ years focused on React.
• Deep expertise with React including Hooks, Context API, and component lifecycle.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript.
• Solid experience with state management libraries (Redux, Zustand, Recoil, or MobX).
• Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive/mobile first design.
• Experience with CSS in JS or utility-first frameworks (Styled Components, Tailwind CSS, Emotion).
• Proven experience integrating with RESTful APIs and/or GraphQL.
• Hands-on experience with testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress, or Playwright).
• Strong understanding of front end performance optimization (code splitting, lazy loading, memoization).
• Experience with build tools and bundlers (Webpack, Vite, Babel).
• Proficiency with version control systems, primarily Git.
• Solid understanding of web accessibility (WCAG) and cross browser compatibility standards.
