Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required/desirable.
• Minimum 6 months of reach truck experience preferred.
• Safety-focused and detail-oriented with ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Operate reach trucks to safely move, store, and retrieve inventory throughout the warehouse.
• Pick and stage orders accurately for shipping or replenishment.
• Load and unload trailers and trucks as needed.
• Place inventory into designated rack locations and retrieve products from elevated storage areas.
• Conduct inventory checks and assist with cycle counts.
• Inspect equipment daily and report maintenance or safety concerns.
• Perform general warehouse duties based on operational needs.
